This page explains what happens to your data on awalady.com. The Awalady app will have its own privacy notice when it launches.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the date you joined and which form you used. We use it for one thing only: to email you when Awalady opens. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add it to any other list.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to hello@awalady.com. We then delete your address.

We keep your address until Awalady launches in your city and we have told you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Where the data is stored

Waitlist addresses are stored with Supabase in a data centre in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). To deliver the page, Vercel processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type in short-lived server logs. Transfers to the USA are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider is certified, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

No tracking

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising tools. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser does not contact Google or any other font provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object. Write to hello@awalady.com.

You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.
